Lauren joined Greene & Marusak in the summer of 2023. She graduated from Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, FL in May 2024, with a certificate of concentration in Elder Law. Originally from Orlando, FL, Lauren earned a B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Central Florida in 2018. She brings over 8 years of customer service, administrative, and hospitality experience to the firm.

The granddaughter of a Coast Guardsman and Women’s Army Corps member, Lauren has always had a deep respect and appreciation for the men and women who served our country. She quickly found a love for Veterans Benefits Law after volunteering as a Summer Fellow at Stetson’s Veteran’s Law Institute (VLI). Following her fellowship, she participated in the VLI’s Veterans Advocacy Clinic (VAC1), where she assisted veterans in obtaining their well-deserved disability benefits. In her third year of law school, she was selected to participate in the Advanced Veterans Advocacy Clinic, where she appeared as an authorized law student at the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC). In her final semester, she acted as the Advanced Veterans Advocacy Clinic’s teaching assistant. Lauren is excited to continue serving those who have served through her work with Greene & Marusak. 

In her free time, Lauren enjoys reading, oil painting, and spending time with her family.
